first name is Ashok.  ( Ashok (sanskrit) : one without sorrow) Might 
be right....

These pages have been designed to work on 4.0 and above versions
of both the commonly used browsers (4.0 since it uses DHTML). 
I have used some cross-browser dynamic html techniques which I learnt
